3. Responsibilities

4. Entry into Force of the Agreement

6. Notification Addresses
6.a. www.youshop.com.tr site does not request the mailing addresses of its users in advance. 6.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to old e-mail addresses will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.
6.c. Again Any notification made by www.youshop.com.tr using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by www.youshop.com.tr. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and that he/she confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has provided about himself/herself.
